Service Description
This is a challenging, flowing sequence of energizing poses, that wakes up your body and mind through asanas that link breath and movement incorporating strengthening, balancing, and deep stretch. Students of all levels of yoga experience are welcome! You will be challenged and leave feeling invigorated and inspired. A full-body yoga workout routine will boost your strength, endurance, flexibility, and more. --and you'll have a lot of fun in the process! You will leave feeling empowered and encouraged to pursue mindfulness in various aspects of life; strengthen and lengthen your muscles and spine, stabilize your core, open up deep muscle tissue, rinse and detoxify your internal organs and relish in a refreshing deep rest.
