Spirit Painting- A Guided Meditative Painting Practice with Mary

Spirit Painting is a guided meditative practice that uses the act of painting as a tool for cultivating deeper trust and response to our intuition. During this practice, participants are given the opportunity to meet themselves in an open and accepting way, while they discover and tap into their own individual creative flow state. This is the space where our spirits thrive.

Join Visionary Artist, and Live Painter Mary Beth on a guided meditative journey in the practice of Spirit Painting. Find your flow state-- a deep space of peace and ease that exists inside of you. As Mary Beth guides you, you’ll learn to deeply trust your intuition, and give your spirit the freedom to respond to it. Participants will each create their own individual work of art to take home during the session, and all materials are provided.
