Heal Together Workshop
Join us for in-person workshop at the Epicenter-Indy Holistic Wellbeing in Indianapolis, IN.
Learn a massage and stretching sequence alongside your partner to relieve neck and shoulder pain as well as to foster healthy communication and intimacy in your relationship.
Come dressed for comfort and ready to give and receive massage and stretching from your partner. We will be utilizing stools and the floor. There will be cushions available, but feel free to bring a yoga mat and/or blankets to make yourself feel more at home.
Tickets are sold per couple.
Your HostsAriela McKenzie is a dedicated yoga teacher with 4 years of experience, specializing in helping individuals find balance and healing through the practice of yoga and assisted stretching. With a degree in exercise science, Arie combines her knowledge of the body and movement to create personalized sessions that promote ease, freedom, and wholeness within the body. Arie is passionate about supporting others in grounding their energy and finding relaxation, ultimately leading to a more balanced and fulfilling life. Whether it's through yoga classes or one-on-one assisted stretching sessions, Arie is committed to helping her clients discover the transformative power of mindful movement and self-care.
Rebecca Berry is a massage therapist whose passion lies in healing the mind-body connection for those coping with trauma, anxiety, and depression. With a style that’s equal parts therapeutic and soothing, Rebecca believes in the healing power of touch to help those who struggle to feel at home in their bodies. Using slow, intentional movement, Rebecca often incorporates warm bamboo and gentle stretching into her massage to offer a space to at once feel safe, feel good, and reset your nervous system.
